Smash Ship Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Smash Ship (Android package and iOS bundle ID com.cloudcatgames.smashship), published by CloudCat Games ("we", "us"), handles information. It applies to the app on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

At a glance

1. Information stored on your device

Your levels, coins, lives, rewards and settings (such as sound and language) are saved locally on your device so you can continue where you left off. This data is not sent to us. Deleting the app or its data removes it permanently.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Smash Ship offers optional rewarded videos (for example, to get an extra life or reward). These ads are provided by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested or shown, Google may automatically collect information from your device, such as:

• device identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID, and on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking (see section 4);
• IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate (country or city level) location;
• device model, operating system, language and app version;
• ad interactions (for example, whether an ad was viewed or completed) and diagnostic data from the ad SDK.

Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, limit how often you see an ad, and prevent fraud. We do not receive information that identifies you personally. Learn more in How Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Your consent choices

If you are in a region where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland), Smash Ship shows Google's consent form before ads are requested. You can accept, decline, or choose specific purposes. If you decline personalized advertising, you may still see non-personalized ads.

You can change your choice at any time in the game: open Settings and tap AD PRIVACY.

4. Device settings

• Android: reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads).
• iOS: the advertising identifier (IDFA) is only available if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency. Smash Ship does not currently ask for this permission, so the IDFA is not used. You can review tracking permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Children

Smash Ship is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.

6. Data retention and deletion

We do not keep your data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. To remove your game data, uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings. To manage data held by Google for advertising, use your device's ad settings or My Ad Center.

7. Security

Game data stays on your device. Communication between the ad SDK and Google's servers is encrypted in transit.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA or Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, most requests are best directed to Google for advertising data. You can still contact us with any privacy question.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes, for example if we add new features or services. The effective date above shows the latest version. Important changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.

Smash Ship Gizlilik Politikası (Türkçe)

Bu politika, CloudCat Games ("biz") tarafından yayınlanan Smash Ship (com.cloudcatgames.smashship) uygulamasının bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Google Play ve Apple App Store sürümleri için geçerlidir.

Özet

1. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler

Bölümleriniz, altınlarınız, canlarınız, ödülleriniz ve ayarlarınız (ses, dil gibi) kaldığınız yerden devam edebilmeniz için cihazınızda saklanır. Bu veriler bize gönderilmez. Uygulamayı veya verilerini silmek bunları kalıcı olarak kaldırır.

2. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Smash Ship isteğe bağlı ödüllü videolar sunar (örneğin ekstra can veya ödül için). Bu reklamları Google AdMob sağlar. Reklam istendiğinde veya gösterildiğinde Google cihazınızdan otomatik olarak şu bilgileri toplayabilir:

• cihaz tanımlayıcıları: Android Reklam Kimliği; iOS'ta IDFA yalnızca takibe izin verirseniz (bkz. 4. bölüm);
• IP adresi (yaklaşık, ülke veya şehir düzeyinde konum tahmini için kullanılabilir);
• cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, dil ve uygulama sürümü;
• reklam etkileşimleri (reklamın izlenip tamamlanması gibi) ve reklam SDK'sının tanılama verileri.

Google bu bilgileri reklam sunmak ve ölçmek, aynı reklamın gösterim sıklığını sınırlamak ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için kullanır. Sizi kişisel olarak tanımlayan bir bilgi bize ulaşmaz. 3. Onay tercihleriniz

Onayın gerekli olduğu bölgelerde (Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık, İsviçre gibi) Smash Ship, reklam istenmeden önce Google'ın onay formunu gösterir. Kabul edebilir, reddedebilir veya belirli amaçları seçebilirsiniz. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamı reddederseniz kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar görmeye devam edebilirsiniz.

4. Cihaz ayarları

• Android: Reklam Kimliğinizi Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar (veya Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar) bölümünden sıfırlayabilir, silebilir ya da reklam kişiselleştirmeyi kapatabilirsiniz.
• iOS: Reklam tanımlayıcısı (IDFA) yalnızca Apple'ın Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı ile takibe izin verirseniz kullanılabilir. Smash Ship şu anda bu izni istemez, bu nedenle IDFA kullanılmaz. Takip izinlerini Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden görebilirsiniz.

5. Çocuklar

Smash Ship genel kitleye yönelik bir oyundur ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun uygulama üzerinden kişisel veri paylaştığını düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, kaldırılmasına yardımcı olalım.

6. Saklama ve silme

Verilerinizi sunucularımızda tutmuyoruz, bu yüzden bizim tarafımızda silinecek bir veri yoktur. Oyun verilerinizi silmek için uygulamayı kaldırın veya cihaz ayarlarından verilerini temizleyin. Google'ın reklam için tuttuğu verileri cihazınızın reklam ayarlarından veya Reklam Merkezim üzerinden yönetebilirsiniz.

7. Güvenlik

Oyun verileri cihazınızda kalır. Reklam SDK'sı ile Google sunucuları arasındaki iletişim aktarım sırasında şifrelenir.

8. Haklarınız

Bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak (örneğin KVKK, GDPR, UK GDPR veya CCPA/CPRA kapsamında) kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarınız olabilir. Kişisel veriyi kendimiz toplamadığımız için reklam verileriyle ilgili talepler en iyi Google'a iletilir. Gizlilikle ilgili her sorunuz için bize yine de yazabilirsiniz.

9. Değişiklikler

Uygulama değiştiğinde (örneğin yeni özellik veya hizmet eklediğimizde) bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi en güncel sürümü gösterir. Önemli değişiklikler sürüm notlarında da belirtilir.
